The best time to visit Paris
Spring (April-May) and Autumn (September-October) are the best months to visit Paris to enjoy pleasant weather and less crowds. Though the summer months offer the hottest temperatures, this is the most popular time to visit Paris which means the city gets incredibly busy.
November and December are also good months to visit to enjoy Christmas markets and festivities. However make sure to bring lots of layers and a good coat to stay warm while you explore.
How far in advance should you book flights to Paris?
For the cheapest flight prices, we recommend booking 45-60 days in advance from within Europe. If you’re flying from a non-european country, it’s best to book around 5 months in advance. For the best deals, avoid public or school holidays and book outside of peak season.
